The aim of the study was to analyse the attitude of government employees towards selected
government health programmes. For this purpose sample of 30 Madhya Pradesh State Central
Government employees were selected from the different departments. Questionnaire was
employed to collect the data. 12 statements were prepared considering the different government
health programmes such as National Malaria Eradication Programme, National Aids Control
Programme, National Tuberculosis Control Programme and National Goitre Control
Programmes. All the questions were prepared by consulting with the experts. Provision was
made on the right side of each statement to note the attitude of respondent viz Yes/No
respectively. The various responses received in terms of government employees towards
government health programmes were analyzed by using the descriptive percentage techniques.
